Shipping within the UK

Free shipping for orders over £100 within UK ( except The Yima Lantern )

We aim to ship all orders within 4 working days of ordering via Royal Mail

You can contact us any time by email for any informations about your parcel.

International Shipping

All international orders are sent via tracked mail.

Shipping within Europe and to the USA and United Arab Emirates is automatically available and priced at the check-out.

Our postage and packaging charge does not cover any possible custom import duties or taxes. International deliveries may be subject to inspection and be opened by custom and delay the delivery. 

For shipping to another destination please contact us for a quote, as these costs can vary a lot from country to country.

Website Returns

We offer a full refund or exchange for any products bought online providing that they are shipped back to us in original condition within 20 days. We do not cover postage on returns.
